Meet Our Doctors

Meet Dr. Edward Furlong

Originally from Geraldine, Montana, Dr. Edward Furlong has always had a heart for serving others. Shortly before graduating high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve and completed his ROTC training while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Montana State University. Commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer, Dr. Furlong served his country for nine years on active duty, deploying twice to Iraq and commanding the Reno, Nevada Recruiting Company.

In 2013, Dr. Furlong left the Army, headed back to school, and discovered a real passion for dentistry. He went on to pursue a rewarding career in transforming smiles, and became a Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

Now, Dr. Furlong is a loving husband, father, and dentist who couldn't be happier to provide Phoenix families with the same personal, quality-driven care he would give his own. Not only does he strive to give every patient a bright, strong smile they feel proud of, but he seeks to make every step of the process feel easy, encouraging, and educational.

When he's not in the office, you can find Dr. Furlong spending time with his family. Whether it's going on hikes, exploring the Children's Museum of Phoenix, or checking out new books at the library, he loves making quality memories with his wonderful wife and curious kiddos!

Meet Dr. Mark Lamborn

Dr. Mark Lamborn was born in Edmonds, Washington but has lived all over the world, including Mexico, Germany, and Holland. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied Nutritional Science and Spanish translation.

Shortly after that, he headed to San Francisco, where he acquired much more than his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Dr. Lamborn met his wife Paola in "the city," where they married in 2013.

Dr. Lamborn is a recipient of the F. Edward Hébert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship. After dental school, he moved to Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, and completed his 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. During residency, Dr. Lamborn honed his surgical skills to provide his patients with the most comfortable experience possible. He completed over 5000 wisdom tooth surgeries and more than 200 IV sedations. He looks forward to helping you!

Meet Dr. Ivan Ruvinov

Dr. Ivan Ruvinov (Dr. Ruvi) is a passionate and skilled dentist with a story that spans continents. Originally from Macedonia, Dr. Ruvi moved to Canada in 2004, where he grew up and developed a dream of becoming a dentist. He realized that dream at the University of Toronto where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After having completed dental school, he relocated to Phoenix to expand his skill set through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the A.T. Still University in Mesa. Now, he’s excited to offer top-notch dental care to families in the Phoenix area.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ruvi is a big fan of basketball and fitness. Since moving to Arizona, he has made an effort to get better at golfing and pickleball, as well. When he’s not working or playing sports, you might find him hiking the trails or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Dr. Ruvi’s diverse interests and commitment to his community make him a well-rounded and approachable professional. He’s excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to Phoenix, helping the Dental Home team achieve healthy, beautiful smiles for all our patients.
